Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/3 1/2
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Bake 50 minutes at 350°, uncovered, in 9 x 13-inch pan. Can be made a day ahead and baked the next day. Just add topping prior to baking. Also great to freeze and to heat in microwave.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
