Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 qt
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • Cheez Whiz - 4 oz
  • cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
  • to 7 potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5 item

How to make potato soup:

Cover potatoes and onions with water and cook until done. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and heated through stirring occasionally. Freezes well.
