Golden potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 10 oz
How to make golden potato casserole:
Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling salted water; drain and cool. Peel potatoes and grate. Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly; turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole, then smooth. Combine melted butter and crumbs; sprinkle over top.
