Sour cream potato salad

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• pepper - 1/2 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/3 c
• prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
• hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
• chopped pickles - 1/2 c
• cold potatoes, chopped and cooked - 3 c
• diced canned luncheon meat - 1/2 c

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Combine first seven ingredients and mix well. Add vinegar, mustard and cream. Chill. Serve on leaf lettuce.
