  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 pkg

How to make potato cheese bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Combine sour cream, soup, cheeses and onion into large bowl. Stir until mixed. Break apart any large clumps of hash browns while in package, then combine and stir into other ingredients. Spray 9 x 13-inch glass pan with a nonstick oil pan coating. Pour into pan and add diced margarine on top. Bake for 1 hour.
