Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • oleo - 4 oz
  • large potatoes - 10 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 1/4 c
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • green pepper, diced - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
  • or 4 slices white bread - 3 item

How to make potato cheese bake:

Peel potatoes and boil for 1/2 hour. Cut or slice potatoes and place them into a baking dish. Break bread into small pieces and place on top of potatoes. Add all remaining ingredients and bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven.
