Potato casserole



  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • medium potatoes - 6 item
  • onion - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Cook potatoes in jacket until tender. Cool and grate on large side grater. Heat butter in heated soup. Blend sour cream, cheese and onion in soup. Stir in potatoes. Put in casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot here and there with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
