Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 (8
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 oz
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can white whole kernel corn - 1 oz
How to make vegetable casserole:
Saute onion, celery and green pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine. Add corn, green beans, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Mix together oleo and crackers. Put 1/2 of cracker mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Add vegetable mixture and top with rRecipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
