- melted butter - 2 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- bag country style frozen hash browns - 1 (2
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 of butter and 2 cups corn flakes in mixing bowl. Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Put crushed corn flakes on top and drizzle remaining butter on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
