Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • grated sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Combine all ingredients, except eggs. Blend well. Add eggs. Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour. May top with Dream Whip or whipped cream.
