Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 32 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Place frozen hash browns in a greased 3-quart baking dish. Top with melted margarine, salt, pepper and onion. Mix soup and sour cream. Spread over potatoes. Place the grated cheese over the top and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
