Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl (potatoes should be thawed). Pour into oiled casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. If topping is desired, mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup margarine and sprinkle on top before baking. Serves 16.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
