Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix together and put in large greased casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
