Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- sour cream or 10 oz - 8 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Place thawed hash browns in greased casserole dish. Mix next 6 ingredients and spread over potatoes. Sprinkel corn flakes over cheese mixture and drizzle melted margarine over corn flakes. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
