Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- diced onion to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed - 7 item
How to make potato casserole:
Wash and do not peel enough potatoes to feed your family. Slice thinly, we use slicer or cheese grater. Put into frypan with enough shortening to cover bottom. Add salt and pepper. Cook slowly until tender.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
