  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • cloves garlic - 2 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • frozen spinach - 1 item
  • small sour cream - 1 item
  • diced onion to taste - 1 item

How to make spinach casserole:

Brown ground beef with salt and pepper; simmer with onion, garlic, soup and sour cream. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer meat mix, then layer of sliced frozen spinach until gone. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, shaved.
