- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- frozen spinach - 1 item
- small sour cream - 1 item
- diced onion to taste - 1 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Brown ground beef with salt and pepper; simmer with onion, garlic, soup and sour cream. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer meat mix, then layer of sliced frozen spinach until gone. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, shaved.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
