Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- sticks butter or margarine - 2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Saute onion in 1 stick butter. Add potatoes, sour cream, cheese, soup, salt and pepper. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Melt 1 stick butter and add crushed corn flakes. Spread over potato mixture. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
