Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 c
- diced potatoes - 4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and chicken soup. Pour into a casserole dish. Cover dish. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Last, sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
