- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- grated American cheese - 12 oz
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix together salt, onion, soup and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle butter over all. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
