Porcupine meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix first 8 ingredients together. Shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place in ungreased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 45 minutes covered with foil. Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
