Ingredients/Components
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- carrots - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- soda crackers, crushed - 8 item
How to make carrots au gratin:
Cook carrots in just enough water to cover. Save cooking water. Chop carrots. Add onion, cheese, crackers and pepper. Mix together. Add small amount of reserved water. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or microwave on High for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Low Carb.
