- ground beef
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Meatballs:1 lb. ground beef1/2 c. uncooked rice1/2 c. water1/3 c. chopped onion1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. celery salt1/8 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. pepper Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in large skillet. Drain off fat. StirRecipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
