Ingredients/Components
- fresh green beans - 1 lb
- oil - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make fresh green beans:
Clean beans. Boil in salted water about 10 to 15 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain.In skillet, heat oil and saute garlic. Add beans. Fry beans lightly and add seasoning. Serve piping hot.
