Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine balls:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape into balls. Place in ungreased baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
