- sugar - 3 c
- salt - 1/3 c
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- onions, sliced - 3 item
- white vinegar - 2 c
- mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
- green peppers, sliced - 3 item
- medium cucumbers do not peel, sliced - 12 item
How to make refrigerator pickles:
Stir sugar, salt and vinegar until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator for 5 days. Keeps well.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Summer, Seasonal.
