Ingredients/Components
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
- lb ground beef - 1 item
- cup uncooked rice - 1/2 item
- tsp celery salt - 1 item
- can tomato soup mixed with 1 can of water - 1 item
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Mix ground beef, uncooked rice, onion, celery salt, salt & pepper. Roll into small balls. Place in a greased casserole dish. Pour tomato soup mixture over them. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
