Ingredients/Components

  • dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
  • sliced green onion - 1/3 c
  • mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1 c
  • sliced celery - 3/4 c
  • Italian salad dressing - 1/3 c
  • hard-cooked eggs - 4 item
  • prepared horseradish mustard

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Pour Italian dressing over warm potatoes. Chill 2 hours. Add celery, onion, chopped egg whites and add sieved yolks. Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Fold into salad. Add salt and celery seed to taste. Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
