Pineapple cream pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- cornstarch - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- crushed pineapple
- pineapple juice - 2 c
How to make pineapple cream pudding:
Combine sugar, cornstarch and pineapple juice. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour a few tablespoons of the hot liquid over beaten eggs and stir well. Return to stove and cook another 5 minutes over very low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in margarine, lemon juice and crushed pineapple.
