Ingredients/Components
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- eggs at room temperature - 4 item
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- water - 1/2 c
- mashed ripe bananas
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
How to make banana pound cake:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well blended, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Turn batter into greased and lightly floured 10-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto rack and cool completely. If desired, dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
