Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- lemon juice - 8 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make lemon bars:
Put the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and blend well like a pie crust. Put into a 14 x 10-inch baking pan and press firmly on bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350° oven.While crust is baking, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix all together until smooth. Pour onto baked crust as soon as it is done. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot. Cut into bars when cooled.
