Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- cream - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pineapple juice
How to make fruit pizza:
Topping:1 c. pineapple juice2 tsp. cornstarch1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. lemon juice Cream margarine and sugar. Add flour, egg, cream and baking soda. Mix well and pat into round pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 350°. Cool. Spread with the mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Then add any fruit of your choice, such as strawberries, grapes, pineapple, oranges, etc.Jane uses topping. Boil all ingredients until thick. Dab between fruit. Use more cornstarch if needed.
Mary uses 1 Pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough roll in place of mixed crust. Also adds cherry juice to cream cheese for color.
