Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- flour, sifted - 2 c
- crushed pineapple with juice - 20 oz
- Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make pineapple cake:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.Frosting:2 oz. cream cheese1/2 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Cream together.
