Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- buttermilk - 3/4 c
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- orange juice - 1 tsp
- orange peel - 1 tsp
- In a large bowl beat eggs
- Pour over cake while hot and let cool completely and frost with orange cream frosting
How to make pineapple carrot cake:
Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl and set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add the dry ingredients and blend. Add pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts. Mix well. PouRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
