  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • buttermilk - 3/4 c
  • flaked coconut - 1 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • shredded carrots - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • orange juice - 1 tsp
  • orange peel - 1 tsp
  • In a large bowl beat eggs
  • Pour over cake while hot and let cool completely and frost with orange cream frosting
