  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onions
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 3/4 c

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
