Lasagna roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 12 oz
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- lasagna noodles - 8 oz
- ready-made spaghetti sauce
How to make lasagna roll-ups:
Prepare lasagna noodles according to directions. Drain and lay flat on a large cutting board. In a bowl, mix together the next 7 ingredients.Place each noodle flat on the cutting board. Using a tablespoon, place about 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture along center of each noodle, leaving 1-inch without mixture at ends. Roll up each noodle.
In an oblong baking dish, spread ready-made spaghetti sauce. Place rolled-up noodles in the baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
