Pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- white vinegar
- Certo - 2 pkg
- green or red food coloring - 1 item
- green chopped peppers
- hot green peppers or less - 1/4 c
How to make pepper jelly:
Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar. Boil 10 minutes. Add color and Certo. Boil 5 minutes. Pour in small hot jars and seal.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jellies.
