Corn relish
Ingredients/Components
- corn - 10 c
- green chopped peppers - 1 c
- red chopped peppers - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- mustard seed
- sugar
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- turmeric - 1/2 c
- white vinegar
- water - 2 c
How to make corn relish:
Drop ears of corn into boiling water; boil 5 minutes; remove. Dip in cold water. Cut from cob and measure 10 cups. Combine corn with remaining ingredients. Boil 15 minutes. Pack in hot jars to within 1/2-inch from top of jar. Seal tightly. Process iRecipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
