Tamale bites
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- Jack cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- ground round - 1/2 lb
- crumbled cornbread - 2 c
- can mild enchilada sauce - 10 oz
How to make tamale bites:
Mix cornbread and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, salt and ground round. Form into small balls. Bake at 350° until done. Mix remaining enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Put meat balls into baking dish and pour on the sauce. Top with cheese. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
