Hot pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- white vinegar
- bottle Certo - 1 item
- green or red food coloring - 1 item
- chopped hot peppers seed too - 1/4 c
- chopped bell pepper seed too
How to make hot pepper jelly:
Mix together hot pepper, bell pepper (seeds too), sugar and white vinegar. Bring to slow boil and boil for 10 minutes. Add food coloring and Certo. Boil for 5 additional minutes. Strain mixture to remove seeds. Pour into hot jars and seal.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Jellies.
