Hot wings



  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chicken wings - 2 lb
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • Durkee hot sauce - 1/2 c
  • oven fry coating - 1 pkg

How to make hot wings:

Cut up and wash wings. Cover with oven fry and salt and pepper as desired. Bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until done. In a medium saucepan, mix hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and butter. After wings are done, place in crock-pot on low heat. Add hot sauce mixture and gently shake up. Ready to serve.
