Ingredients/Components

  • dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil
  • white cooking wine - 1/4 c
  • gloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • cans artichoke hearts in water - 2 item
  • grated macaroni cheese - 1 item
  • bow tie or similar pasta - 1 lb

How to make pasta with artichokes:

Saute garlic in oil about 3 minutes. Drain water from artichokes and add them with wine, salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta and drain, then toss with artichokes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
