Noodle pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cold water
- juice of 1 lemon
- fine egg noodles - 1/2 lb
- raisins white or dark - 1/4 c
How to make noodle pudding:
Boil noodles until soft; drain thoroughly. Beat the eggs until frothy. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking pan and place it into a cold oven. Turn the oven onto 350° and bake for one hour. Lieberman famiRecipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Pasta.
