Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make homemade noodles:
Combine egg, milk and salt. Add flour. Dough should be stiff. If not, add a little more flour. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up like jelly roll and slice 1/8-inch thick. Spread noodles out on wax paper to dry, about 2 hours. Drop into boiling broth. Boil 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
