Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- sliced zucchini - 2 c
- whole canned tomatoes - 2 c
- cloves chopped garlic - 2 item
- cracked basil - 1/2 tsp
- cracked oregano - 1/2 tsp
How to make parmesan sauce:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, zucchini, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over fettucini.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Cheese.
