  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • pinch of oregano - 1 item
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • mushrooms - 2 c
  • pinch of parsley - 1 item
  • little garlic salt - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Mix everything together; put in 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.
