Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- chicken thighs legs - 1 item
- fine bread crumbs - 2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make oven fried chicken:
Beat eggs; stir in milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Roll in bread crumbs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place in shallow baking pan. Add water to cover bottom of pan and bake at 375° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Do not turn chicken.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
