Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 12 c
- white Karo - 1/4 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make oven caramel corn:
Bring brown sugar, oleo, syrup and salt to a boil; boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda; mix well with popped corn. Spread in two shallow buttered cake pans. Bake in a 250° oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Gluten Free.
