Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• boiling water
• raisins optional - 1/2 c
• nuts optional - 1/2 c
• cream - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• quick oats - 1 c
• stick oleo - 1 item
• Cream oleo and sugars

How to make oatmeal cake:

Pour water over oats for 20 minutes. Cream oleo and sugars. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients, raisins and nuts. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Topping:1/4 c. oleo1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. cream1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. coconut1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix and spread over hot cake.
