Oven caramel corn
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- corn syrup light - 1/2 c
- 1/2 quarts popped corn - 7 item
- sticks 1 cup margarine - 2 item
How to make oven caramel corn:
Cook brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from stove, add soda and stir. Mix into popcorn. Spread coated popcorn on cookie sheet. Place in 200 degree oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Gluten Free.
