Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 6 qt
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
How to make oven caramel corn:
Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add baking soda and butter flavoring. Pour and stir over popcorn and nuts. Place in 200° oven for 1 hour. Remove and cool completely. Store in covered container to keep crisp.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Gluten Free.
